Terms

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Terms of Use IEP Pocket Binder helps parents, guardians, and authorized caregivers organize student records, communication logs, incident records, contacts, uploaded documents, and binder PDFs. It is an organizational tool, not legal, medical, clinical, or educational advice. You must be at least 18 and have authority to store the information you add. Keep your account credentials secure and do not upload information you do not have the right to manage. You retain ownership of your content. We use it only to provide, secure, and support the service. You can permanently delete your account and associated app data from Profile. Optional Google Cloud Vertex AI features support parent-requested document explanations and private conversation within the selected child's prepared documents and behavior records. If available, you choose whether to prepare a text-based document and must confirm each explanation or chat request. The app extracts document text locally and attempts limited redaction before sending text to Vertex AI; the original file is not sent. During chat, relevant document excerpts, recent behavior and support records, and recent on-screen chat turns may be sent. Automated redaction can miss information, and generated answers may be wrong or incomplete. They are not legal, medical, clinical, educational, placement, eligibility, discipline, or emergency advice. Behavior records and any pattern output do not diagnose a child or guarantee future behavior. New subscriptions are not currently offered. If you have a legacy subscription, you can manage or cancel it from Profile. The service is provided as available and should not be your only backup for important records. For questions about these terms, contact contact@iepbinder.com. For parents and guardians 18+. Not child-directed.
