Why I built this

I'm a mom of an autistic child — and I'm neurodivergent myself. Sitting with a stack of IEP paperwork, trying to decode legal language while also just trying to parent, was overwhelming in a way I couldn't explain to people who hadn't lived it.

So I built IEP Pocket Binder. Not as a developer checking a box, but as a parent who needed it. A place to log what happened after a meeting while it was still fresh. To track patterns over time. To pull out the information that actually mattered without reading 40 pages to find it.

I'm a graphic designer who uses design and technology to build for my neurodiverse community. This app is for every parent or caregiver who has ever felt lost in the paperwork — and just wanted answers, fast, on their phone.

— Founder, IEP Pocket Binder

What parents are saying

Finally, a tool that actually makes sense for parents like me. I used to dread IEP meetings — now I walk in feeling prepared and heard.
— Beta tester, parent of a child with autism
